- Drive applied research in generative AI for design tasks
- Use fine-tuning, reinforcement learning and prompt methods
- Build evaluation methods for model quality
- Work with product and engineering to ship models
Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning research or applied science
- Experience training or adapting large models
- Ability to move ideas into production
