Samsara is hiring an AI engineer inside its Commercial Customer Success team. The role builds agent based tools that help managers support customers.
- Design, build, test and maintain agentic solutions
- Find ways to spot risk and growth in customer accounts
- Own AI tooling used by the success team
- Work with customer success managers to improve results
Requirements
- Experience building with language models and agents
- Programming skills in Python or similar
- Ability to partner with non-technical teams
This is a remote full time position at mid level level, based in Remote, United States.
Day to day work includes writing production code, reviewing model results and working with product teams on releases.
