- Build pipelines that turn conversation data into searchable customer memory
- Resolve extracted facts to the right customer
- Create evaluation systems that check memory accuracy
- Serve memory quickly when an agent needs it
Requirements
- Experience building ML or data pipelines
- Strong Python skills
- Care for data quality and correctness
This is a remote full time position at mid level level, based in Remote, United States.
