Coinbase is hiring a machine learning engineer for its customer experience intelligence team. The team builds the layer that coordinates vendor AI, internal agent systems and human support staff.
- Build the orchestration layer that routes intent and shares context between AI systems
- Write production Python services that connect models to support products
- Run well scoped machine learning projects with measurable results
- Work with conversation design and support teams
Requirements
- Experience building machine learning or LLM based services
- Strong Python skills
- Knowledge of distributed systems basics
This is a remote full time position at mid level level, based in Remote, India.
Day to day work includes writing production code, reviewing model results and working with product teams on releases.
