This machine learning engineer role at Coinbase is on the CX Intelligence team, which owns the agent platform behind Coinbase chat and its Help Center. The goal is to automate support tasks while staying accurate and compliant.
- Build multi-agent systems with orchestration frameworks
- Connect language models to internal APIs using the Model Context Protocol
- Create automated evaluation pipelines that judge agent output
- Monitor agents in production and fix failures
Requirements
- Experience with LLM applications and agent frameworks
- Solid Python and API skills
- Care for accuracy and security in customer facing systems
This is a remote full time position at mid level level, based in Remote, Brazil.
Day to day work includes writing production code, reviewing model results and working with product teams on releases.
