- Post-train LLMs with SFT, DPO and GRPO methods
- Use query and answer data to improve models
- Add preference and personalization methods
- Turn research ideas into running experiments
Requirements
- Experience training language models
- Strong research and coding skills
- Awareness of current LLM research
This is a on-site full time position at senior level, based in San Francisco, CA.
